If you follow my blog or my articles in Sea Angler magazine you will have realised that I go fishing in Ireland a lot. I am asked a lot about going fishing in Ireland and I thought it was about time that I tried to produce a bit of a guide on how to go about doing it. I am only going to deal with places that I have personally fished and accommodation that I have personally stayed in, but I hope it might help a bit of you are thinking about heading over to the most magical country on earth. You need to bear in mind that at the moment there is a bass close season from 15th May to 15th June. Do all you can to go fishing in Ireland because it’s awesome. Hope to see you there………….
